Equip Event is a company that sells and rents event equipment both in France and abroad to fit out stadiums, stands and grandstands, conference and meeting rooms, performance stages, theatres, cinemas, and more.

MORE THAN 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

At Equip Event, we also offer grandstand and stand chair cover rentals.

Frédéric Lebreton, the founder of Equip Event, boasts more than 10 years of experience in an event company specialised in the sale and rental of grandstands in Maine-et-Loire, France, in which he held the positions of design office manager and then logistics manager. Holder of a “Baccalaureat D” (equivalent to an A level degree in Mathematics and Natural Sciences), a “DUT” (technology degree) in materials science and engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, Frédéric Lebreton has developed strong expertise in the creation, provision and installation of all types of stand chairs and armchairs. He therefore decided to create a company that takes into account the specific needs of each project. With more than 7 years of experience, our team has taken on the challenge of simplifying the arrangement and
organisation of your events and infrastructures, ensuring that they meet the standards that you are rightfully entitled to expect.

Numerous event entities already use our services to organise and arrange their facilities, namely GL Events, AS Monaco FC, Olympique de Marseille, Société Générale, Stade Rochelais, LDLC ASVEL and many more.

    Fréderic is responsible for the commercial and strategic development of our activities throughout France and abroad. He is also in charge of building loyalty both with our customers and our suppliers in order to create trusting relationships and thus work in partnership rather than in a purely contractual relationship. He is focused on keeping the human factor at the center of commercial relations.

    Laurence is in charge of administration and logistics at EQUIP EVENT. She ensures that your order runs smoothly, from the signing of the offer to the final invoicing: drafting and sending of administrative documents, monitoring of the production schedule, prior management of the teams required for our intervention, planning of the delivery of the equipment on D-day, etc...

    My tasks

    Nicolas is your main contact to support you on your project from A to Z. He studies your request to draw up an adapted offer and meets you to study the specificities of the project directly on site. Once we have agreed to work together, he plans the intervention, provides the teams needed to complete the work, supervises them on site, and finally ensures that any reservations are lifted so that you receive a finished and successful project.
