The Marie Curie armchair is the perfect armchair for fitting out an amphitheatre. The seat and table combination allows to considerably save space and reduces the cost of equipment, which is ideal for maintaining a tight budget. The MARIE CURIE armchair is an amphitheatre armchair with a central pedestal. The seat is raised by a torsion spring. The solid and sturdy construction of this chair ensures unparalleled durability in amphitheatres, where equipment is often put to the test. Each seat is attached to the writing tablet. Each row forms a seat-table unit, solidly fixed to the floor with 4 bolts per seat. This seat was specially designed in order to guarantee maximum comfort in auditoriums, all while complying with article L28 of the ERP regulations. The writing tablets are made of 22 mm 17-ply plywood panel (beechwood finish), sanded and protected with 2 coats of polyurethane varnish; the architect has the option to choose the wood stain finish prior to varnishing A complementary strip with the same characteristics is added to the first row.
